Workshop and Consultation Services

For live workshops, one-on-one consultations, and personalized Indian wrapping sessions:

• Full refund if cancelled 48 hours before scheduled session
• 50% refund if cancelled 24 hours before session
• Rescheduling available without penalty up to 2 times

Physical Materials and Supplies

For traditional Indian wrapping materials, fabrics, and supplies shipped from India:

• 30-day return policy for unused items in original condition
• Return shipping costs covered by customer unless item is defective
